End‑User License Agreement (EULA) — Tab Out

Company: Starc Labs LLC

1. License Grant

Subject to this EULA, Starc Labs LLC grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business use.

2. Restrictions

You may not (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble; (b) copy, modify, or create derivative works; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense; (d) remove proprietary notices; (e) use the App to infringe rights or violate laws.

3. App Store Terms

If obtained from Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to their terms. Apple and Google are third‑party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it.

4. Data & Privacy

Use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. The App may request access to Camera, Photos, Contacts, and Notifications to provide features you choose. We do not collect location data. In‑app account deletion is available.

5. Updates

We may provide updates or patches. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. This EULA applies to updates unless accompanied by a different license.

6. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. Starc Labs LLC and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Starc Labs LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with it. Upon termination, cease use and delete the App.

10. Export Compliance

You represent you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo and will comply with applicable export laws.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA, unless another law is required by local consumer protections.
